Oeuf be good in New York has become renowned for its quirky interiors and fashion style.

The kids fashion knit collection is Fair Trade and made in Bolivia from baby alpaca and quite rightly is sold in top stores around the world including Liberty in London.

New styles for Fall 2013 from Oeuf see a new mask hat and a new colourway for the heart hat, an incredible string of sausages scarf, some beautiful soft knitted dresses and scarves and a filled in Queens crown hat.

The shots are taken by their favourite NYC kids photographer Lee Clower using the same models as last season, its so cute to do this, you watch as they grow up, it feels like sharing a little of their lives too.

New Generals new webshop opens today online, great giveaway today for a €150 gift voucher.

The amazing Danish kids ethicool brand New Generals have revamped their online webshop in time for the summer season and are offering €150 gift voucher to one lucky reader.

New Generals have become known for their totally ethical approach to kids fashion for boys and girls but with avant garde styling and design. Their architectural dresses and jackets and teamed with cool insect or graphic line prints and their colour palette is monochromatic with a touch of additional colour which varies each season.

A favourite of all the fashionista bloggers at the trade fairs they produced an amazing collection for winter 2013 which you can see on my earlier post here. Modéerska Huset sneak peek for fall / winter 2013 stunning prints for baby and child

Modéerska Huset designer Jenny Modéer had an unfortunate experience at Playtime Paris kids fashion trade fair this season when her fall / winter collection didn’t make it through customs in time for the show.

Luckily she did have a drawing of her new graphic print and a selection of the summer but for those who missed it here is a sneak peek at the winter 2013 children’s collection from baby to 6 years. Her whimsical and delicate patterns make a delightful background for her ecoethical organic cotton pieces and her Swedish homeland shows in the illustrative nature of her prints.

The inspiration for winter 2013 comes from her strong minded father who had a tame Magpie as a little boy and loved birds and astronomy and everything to do with the sky. The summer collection will soon be online and there is a good selection of last winter on sale to browse too.

Beautiful photoshoot for Kidscase cool children’s fashion knitwear for fall / winter 2013.

Kidscase produce cool modern knitwear for babies and children and have always used a colour palette that is unisex and modern.

They have an ecoethic approach that sees most of the collection produced using organic fibres and with humane working conditions. They have worked for quite a few seasons now with the photographer Annemarieke van Drimmelen and always produce a set of dreamy, beautifully lit emotive portraits of children in the Kidscase collection new styles.

They recently created a webshop online at their website Kidscase.com and have a Facebook page which doubles up as a blog. Here is a sneak peek at their new fall / winter 2013/14 season collection.

London Fashion Week for fall /winter 2013 and some cute accessories

Beautiful sunny weather this year for London Fashion week which brought out the street style bloggers and poseurs in swathes, dodging the rat run to the entrance I found some really cute accessories on the stands inside this year.

These are womenswear pieces but some could oh so easily be used for kids styling too. This season the exhibition also featured Scandinavian designers with big names like Peter Jensen and Gudrun & Gudrun and a good selection of lesser known brands.

On another note, all mums who love a practical shoe will die when you see what the newly revamped Dr Martins have done with the classic shoes and boots, a collaboration with Stephen Walters and Sons has produced divine rich burgundy brocade and glitter interpretations, and there are amazing studded styles too.

Finally as it was the weekend of course there were a couple of stylish kids around too, the twins below are the daughters of Welsh fashion designer Jayne Pierson who runs them up the occasional item in between her womenswear collections.
