Emporio Armani incorporates the kids world within its remit of adult clothes and accessories for all occasions starting from this autumn/winter 2018.
The girls’ collection (aged 2-16 years) and boys’ collection (aged 2-14 years) are both increasingly inspired by grown-ups’ styles, revisited in a fun Mini Me manner.
For “little women”, the main hue is pink, which features in overcoats, dresses, shirts and accessories with geometric prints and quilted jacquards, next to classic black and white, and a dark shade of blue.
The main theme of the collection is the eagle icon, Emporio Armani’s signature logo.
Blue and orange, combined with bright red and black, dominate the boys’ collection. Clearly inspired by the Emporio Armani men’s collection, elegant outfits and streetwear styles include suits, shirts, sweaters and overcoats, as well as jackets, bombers and baggy trousers.
Besides camouflage prints and motifs that reference the world of sports, the eagle logo features in all-over prints on sweatshirts, sweaters, trousers and accessories.
This season, the fun “My First Armani” gift packs for newborns are back again. Available in three delicate hues (light blue, pink and beige), each pack include jumpsuits, hats, pouches, bibs, slippers and bodysuits.
The new campaign shots below by Federico Leone were designed to show the metropolitan spirit of Armani in the child’s line.
