CIFF Kids sneak peek kids fashion trends for S/S 2019 from Copenhagen last week.
This most stylish of trade fairs opened its door in unaccustomed heat for Copenhagen. The CIFF Kids trade fair has a great selection of lifestyle and fashion products and there were some fabulous off site events to make even more of a splash this year with some Scandi brands celebrating 10 or 15 years in business this season.
There is quite a strong consensus on colour here with all the various golden tones of yellow and earthy pinks still popular newly added to by lilac and turquoise.
Key items are the all in one jumpsuit, the sloppy sweater, athletic styles for shorts and track pants and elastic stripe detailing on bomber jackets, loose dress shapes and cotton quilting for the generally cooler Nordic market.
Off site there was a wonderful party to celebrate 10 years of MarMar and a presentation in an amazing crane in the sky by Molo which I will feature later this week. Fabelab had a small event in their studio and Wawa presented their new collection in a cool Mikkelson restaurant.
