With the rest of Selfridges looking pretty chic and revitalised the kids floor had missed out recently but a new re-vamp which has introduced an expanded department and joined kids fashion and toys into one huge department has been finished now.

New contemporary children’s designer fashion brands added include Supertrash, Wildfox, Zadig and Voltaire as well as flagship space from the larger brands such as Ralph Lauren, Burberry, Bonpoint and Gucci.

Look out also for the new Furby in the toy section, launching for this autumn, I saw one at a preview day and couldn’t stop staring at it for ages, I would love to be 5 years old again just to have one to play with! Intended to be this Christmas’s must have toy I don’t think they are released yet but I am sure you can pre-order through Selfridges now.

Today is also the launch of the Louis Vuitton/Yayoi Kusama collaboration instore with a 24 window design by the artist that I can’t wait to see!
