Barbour country style for kids adopted by urban families, winter 2012 sees new fashion styling.

Barbour’s fashionability is on the increase and the new winter children’s fashion range sees extension to the ranges with camouflage items and a superb flag lined jacket for boys.

Once restricted to adults taking country pursuits and gymkanas the brand has re-invented itself and has been taken up by hard core city lovers.

Girls have chunky sweater dresses to slip on under those weather proof jackets, a shiny metallic look quilted ski style jacket, even an owl intarsia sweater and for both sexes a fleece lined trapper hat in tweeds or cord.

There is a good stock at Liberty store where they have quilted jackets lined with a red rose print, Alex and Alexa who have the trapper hats, wellie boots and camouflage styles and Childrensalon right now, just as the weather chills.

Back to rain in the UK, a Barbour is just the thing for Kids fashion rainwear, back in fashion for the city set.

If there’s one thing you need in England when it rains its a good waxed Barbour jacket, newly popular amongst the masses this has been a brand for the country set for generations, now with a full kids collection too it has gained a new popularity in the country and both in the city and on the football terraces!

A sharpening up of the image and an addition in the ranges to the iconic classics have managed to reinvent the classic waxed jacket and with a Paul Smith collaboration for the coming winter men’s collection and Alice Temperley tackling the women’s styles this is just set to get stronger.

A really good selection of kids  Barbour styles are sold online at JulesB for those unable to get to London’s big stores.
