Hackett London, the quintessentially British label shows off fall 2013 for boys and girls fashion.

There is nowhere quite like the British label Hackett for a classic English tweed jacket for boys or now girls too. Their fall / winter 2013 collections were revealed last week with some new mini suiting styles and a cute mock business look campaign shot.

Cath Kidston celebrates 20 years of business with brand new prints for fall 2013

It all began 20 years ago with a small shop in Holland Park in London selling car boot vintage furniture finds repainted into pastel colours and vintage fabric.

Cath Kidston soon began to produce her own prints and products using vintage inspiration with a modern twist. The first products were an ironing board cover and floral wallpaper. Over the following years new prints were introduced such as the cowboys, strawberries, spots and roses and guess what, 20 years later the ironing board covers are still going strong and the products are sold worldwide.

There is a celebratory book which was launched yesterday too called Coming up Roses telling the story of the ups and downs of growing her own business.

Fendi girlswear for fall / winter 2013, so sophisticated, so cool.

Fendi has produced a really lovely girlswear collection for fall / winter 2013 with classic shapes give a twist in beautiful fabrics and subtle yet effective trimmings.

The label which is produced by the Simonetta group shares the high production values of the Simonetta line and reflects the Fendi label’s heritage in a subtle yet effective manner.

Just look at those logo sweaters colour matched to sweet tutu skirts, the luxe leather hemmed coat and dress and the pintucked modernistic black shift dress.

Katrina Tang for Earnshaws magazine, country style kids fashion for fall 2013.

The Estonian kids fashion photographer Katrina Tang who I have worked with in the UK has made a new home for herself in New York and one of the first kids shoots she did there has now been published.

The March edition of Earnshaws carried this sweet country inspired story for its fall/winter previews. Styling was by Michel Onofrio.

Elfen Couture for summer 2013, such beautiful and creative kids fashion.

Elfen Couture create some of the most exquisite kids fashion garments in the world, their summer 2013 collection is about to arrive online and in their facebook page and there is a really creative and stunning photoshoot to go with it.

Shot by longtime collaborators Otikwitteiker Team the theme of the collection is ”An Indochine Phantasma” the designer Selina v.Holleben says “the Asian inspired idea was to bring together different perspectives of being & seeing (traditional and modern, real, unreal, surreal, past & future, dream & reality) like children in their imaginations do, and create it into a new, progressive synthesis”

The silk kimono tops, kaftans and trousers have a 1920″s Art Deco feel to them but fused with modern Manga too. Based in Berlin with a beautiful atelier it really is unlike any other kids label around.
