Mino Paris is a new mini kidswear brand in many ways, launched today it has a small but interesting collection and a limited size range of 4-6yrs.
Founded by a fashion designer with more than 10 years in luxury ready to wear in one of the biggest Haute Couture Maison in Paris, the idea was to start very small and slowly grow, not a start up as such but a start small which can grow a little each season as a child does.
Based in Paris, at the Saint Germain des Prés district, Mino Paris products are 100% organic with fabrics of French origin, and all the clothes are made in Paris. They summon up the brand below;
“Some people think big, we choose to think small.
We think of small organic dresses, We think about small clothes that minimise the environmental impact. We think to produce in small series with the attention of small details that make the difference. We think of a price that is not too big not too small.
We think of all these small things in the intention to build a better world.
We think small, to see in small. We put ourselves at the size of our children to see their points of view, because finally when we look the world from below, it seems to be much bigger. Mino, think small for small.
Our first collection for this summer is about small details, and transformed timeless detail, as the Peter Pan Collar (Claudine Collar in French) a kind of collar that didn’t evolve since its creation in 1905. We simply folded this collar to propose a new one. We named it the Cassandre Collar.”
