A really special story here from an artisan leather worker in Lithuania who makes cute children’s boots and hats by hand with beautifully crafted stitching and cool colours under the label Mickey.
Mickey himself has a background working in England for several years with craftsmen such as Abe Hamilton, Andrew Logan, Whitaker Malem and Preston Knight and works from a small studio in Vilnius.
Each pair of shoes is made to order, stitched by hand and takes 4-5 days depending on style, the prices are from 150-300 Euros and they can be found on Facebook as Mickey here. There is a website planned for later in the year.
There are also some fantastic adult shoes, bags and hats too so have a good look at their page, they will discuss orders by email and colours can be individually chosen.
